If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to initiate a return authorization within 30 days of your purchase. We are also pleased to honor all manufacturer's return policies. All returns must be pre-authorized to receive credit, refund, or replacement.
Please note that we do not accept returns on gluten-free foods that are damaged in transit. Manufacturer packaging is not designed to prevent crumbling/breakage of crackers, cookies, and other such items during shipping via UPS, DHL, or USPS. These items must be purchased with the expectation that there may be crumbling/breakage/damage.
Shipping Information
Orders received before 12:00pm EST Monday through Friday for in-stock items are shipped the same day and will usually arrive to you within three business days. Western states may take up to 5 business days. All orders received after 12:00pm EST may be considered transactions for the next business day. We will contact you within one business day with shipping details.
If any item(s) in your order will not be available to ship within five business days, we will advise you of the availability date. We will only split shipments if part of your order will not be available within five business days, otherwise a separate shipping fee will apply.
Liquid oils, gluten free and specialty food items are typically shipped within two weeks of your order. These items are ordered as needed (Barleans Organic Oils, Glutino & Kinnikinnick, for example) to ensure shipping the freshest product possible to you.
Any item marked as "back ordered" on your invoice will ship as soon as the manufacturer has your item available again unless you ask otherwise. Normally back orders take 2-6 weeks.

Checks must be received before your order will ship. We have the right to hold your order until your check clears.

Special AllergyFoods Shipping Information:
Many of the prepared baked items from Kinnikinnick and Glutino are frozen. Our standard $5 shipping charge covers UPS Ground delivery, so these items will thaw in transit. Re-freezing these items will likely affect the product quality and is not recommended. Upon request, next day air delivery is available for an additional charge. Also upon request, orders containing only frozen items totaling at least $100 can be shipped with dry ice to prevent thawing during delivery. Special shipping requests can be indicated in the Comments area of our online order form.
International Deliveries
If you are not an established customer of HealthyEden/Nutriwarehouse.com-AllergyFoods.com, payment must be made with either a credit card issued by a bank within the United States (with US billing address), a bank draft issued in US funds, or a wire transfer.
Please be familiar and comply with any restrictions and fees assessed by your country's customs department. If a package is returned to us by customs or lost in transit, we do not refund your cost of shipping and insurance. You will be granted a refund or replacement for the product amount only if you have purchased shipping insurance.
